Payment Options
All-Inclusive Tuition
Unlike most camps, our tuition is “all-inclusive”. So other than travel expenses and camp store purchases, all services and activities are included in one tuition fee.
$1500 deposit at enrollment
Payments due Dec 1 and Feb 1. The card you have on file is charged for your convenience. We will send out a reminder one week prior to tuition payment. **After the first week in January we only accept credit cards and ACH payment.**

Your spot is secure once your payment is received, so if you enroll via check, please send immediately.
Please note all discounts are only applied to Traditional or Full Summer Sessions.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via ACH/echeck, debit, and all major credit cards. For your convenience we auto-bill on the tuition due dates, charging your card for you.
Payments made by credit/debit cards incur a 3% processing fee, and payments made by ACH incur a 1% processing fee. Please pay via check to avoid any processing fees and send an email to let us know its in the mail - this option ends the first week of January.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund prior to March 2024, 50% refund in March and 25% in April. No refund beginning in May 1, 2024. There is a $250 administrative fee at cancellation anytime after Oct 1. Cancellation insurance is offered through CampinTouch - a third party, which we have no affiliation with nor profit from.
