Our goal is to work with good people with great energy and attitude. People who are supportive and encouraging, open and honest. Every summer we hire 35-40staff to run our activities and live in a cabin with campers (and one or two co-counselors). We also hire several individuals to run our major activities and programs including sailing, waterfront, wilderness tripping, horseback riding, and more. Ideally, we like to find people who have experience teaching a particular activity but if you just know how to do it well, that is a foundation we can build on! The most important qualification for the job is the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our campers and be a kind and supportive teammate to your peers.
