Payment Methods

All-Inclusive Tuition

Our tuition is “all-inclusive”, unlike other camps. This means all of our services and activities are included in one tuition fee—no add-ons needed.

There is a $1,500 deposit due at the time of enrollment.

You may pay in full or select an installment payment plan, in which case the credit/debit card or eChecking account you have on file will be auto-charged with a monthly fee until March 15th. After January 31st, we only accept payments via debit/credit cards and eChecking accounts.

We accept payment via ACH/echeck, debit, and all major credit cards. For your convenience, we auto-bill on the tuition due dates.

Payments made by credit/debit cards incur a 3% processing fee, and payments made by ACH incur a 1% processing fee. Please pay via check to avoid any processing fees and send an email to let us know it’s in the mail - this option ends the first week of January.


Cancellation Policy

Full refund prior to March 1st, 50% refund March 1 - March 31st, 25% refund April 1 - April 30th. No refund beginning on May 1 st. There is a $250 administrative fee for cancellation anytime after October 1st. Cancellation insurance is offered through CampinTouch - a third party, which we have no affiliation with nor profit from.
